Getting your brand on top of a consumer’s choice and keeping it there is every marketer’s goal. But due to the number of competitors and deals out there, it’s also one of the hardest tasks. That’s why we are happy to announce the release of two brand new loyalty features, devised to help your business take that extra mile in customer retention: the Stamp widget and Check-In widget.
In this article we’ll guide you step by step to making the most of the STAMP feature.
Step 1 – Select the Stamp widget from the feed list on the left-hand-side of your dashboard and click on “Add Content” to personalize your loyalty program.
The editing space for this feature will look like this:
Step 2 – Enter your loyalty program name and a brief description of how it works.
Step 3 – Set an Expiry Date, the number of stamps required to complete the loyalty program and a custom Validation Code for the stamps. You will have to insert the code manually on your customers’ mobile device every time they make a purchase in your store.
Step 4 – Add a confirmation message that will pop up to your customers when they complete the loyalty program.
Step 5 – You can also set the geolocalization feature and a specific radius within which your customers need to be in order to qualify and get the loyalty stamp. The radius is measured in kilometers (km).
